摘要
本文介绍了一种应用热管处理高功率密度电源散热问题的方法,通过合理的应用和比较试验,证明使用热管以后,该电源的功率密度提高了35.8%。
The paper introduces some method about heatsinking problem of power supply by using heat pipe. Based on the known application and the comparative experience,it's proved that the power supply's density can be improved 35.8 percent.
