山麦冬多糖片含量测定与急性毒性研究

Study on the content and the oral acute toxicity of polysaccharide pill from Chinese traditional medicine Radix liriopes

对山麦冬多糖片进行了含量测定,每片含多糖49.99%±0.9%;并研究了其急性毒性,山麦冬多糖的小鼠最大耐受量为26.68g生药/kg,相当于临床用药量的711倍.

Polysaccharide pill from Radix liriopes is a Chinese traditional medicine. The studies showed that the polysaccharide content of it was nearly 50 percent. The studies also showed that its daily max tolerant dosage of mouth was 26.68 g/kg, which was eaqual to 711 times of clinnical routine.
