城市土地集约化利用的对策探讨

Study on the countermeasures of intensive utilization of urban land

分析了我国城市土地利用存在的问题,认为城市外延扩张,大量耕地被占;开发区建设泛滥,城市土地闲置浪费严重;城市用地结构和布局不合理,土地利用效率低是当前我国城市土地利用存在的主要问题.在此基础上,从加强规划的科学性和权威性;健全土地市场体系,强化土地法制管理;积极推进城市用地置换,优化用地空间布局;灌输节约用地思想等4个方面探讨了城市土地集约化利用的对策.

Analyze the current status on the utilization of urban land and suggest that the main problems which are existing in urban land utilization are excessive expansion of urban scale, too much idle land in development areas, unreasonable structure of land utilization and low utilization ratio. Finally, some corresponding countermeasures for intensive utilization of urban land are then brought out.
