摘要
提出了适用于数控车削加工仿真的毛坯细分方法和数据结构;为了加快处理速度,根据数控车削加工的特点,提出了一种快速计算圆弧刀轨数据的算法;在此基础上给出了一种基于OpenGL显示机制的用于数控车削仿真的快速真实感图形显示算法。该算法可以在微机上动态显示高质量的车削加工过程刀具的运动,材料的去除和毛坯形状的变化。
This paper presents a method of discretization of the stock and relevant data structure. For speedup processing NC code, an efficient calculational method for the arc data based on the feature of the lathe machining is proposed. A high-speed realistic displaying algorithm based on these methods is implemented which can display high quality realistic picture of tool movement, material removing process and workpiece shape change during turning process.
