摘要
研究了OP和明胶存在下 ,Zn(Ⅱ ) -SCN -罗丹明B显色体系水相光度法测定微量锌的新方法 .络合物的最大吸收峰在 5 90nm处 ,锌含量在 0~ 5 .0 μg 2 5mL范围内遵守比尔定律 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .3× 1 0 4L·mol-1·cm-1.该方法用于食盐中微量锌的测定 ,结果令人满意 .
A spectrophotometric method has been developed for determination of zinc,based on the formation of a complicated complex of Zn(Ⅱ)-SCN-Rhodamine B in the presence of gecation and OP .Beers law is obeyed for in the rang of 0 to 5.0μg of Zn(Ⅱ) per 25mL of sulution .The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.3×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 590 nm .This is method has been applied to the determination of trace amount of Zinc in salt with satistory results.
