宣肺定喘方治疗支气管哮喘疗效观察

Investigation on the Curative Effect of Xuanfeidingchuan Decoction in Treating Bronchial Asthma

目的 :探讨宣肺定喘胶囊在支气管哮喘患者中的临床应用。方法 :选择 5 5例非急性发作期哮喘患者 ,随机分两组 ,治疗组口服宣肺定喘胶囊 ,4粒 ,每天 3次 ,疗程 4周 ;对照组口服桂龙咳喘宁胶囊 ,5粒 ,每天 3次 ,疗程 4周。治疗前后作症状、体征及肺功能比较。结果 :治疗后两组症状、体征均有明显改善 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组比较 ,喘息、哮鸣音的改善以治疗组更明显 ( P<0 .0 5～0 .0 1 ) ,两组肺功能均有明显提高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组比较 ,治疗组疗效高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :宣肺定喘胶囊有较好平喘作用 ,并能改善患者肺功能。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Xuanfeidingchuan decoction(XDD) in treating bronchial asthma patients. Methods:55 cases of non recessive active bronchial asthma were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group was treated with XDD, 4 caps, tid,po., while the control group treated with Guilongkechuanning caps, 5 caps, tid, po. Both were treated for 4 weeks, and then being compared with their syndrome, physical sign and lung function before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the syndrome, physical in both groups were improved markedly( P <0.01), while The asthma syndromes in treatment group being improved more obviously than that in control group( P <0.01～0.05). The lung function in both groups were developed evidently( P <0.01), while that in treatment group being more evident than that in control group( P <0.01). The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group( P <0.01). Conclusion:XDD has a better effect in depressing asthma , also can improve the lung function.
