自由基损伤与精神分裂症中医证型

Free radical damaged and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in schizophrenia

目的 :探讨精神分裂症中医辨证分型与自由基损伤的关系。方法 :通过文献 ,分析自由基损伤与中医虚证与实证的关系、自由基损伤与精神分裂症的相关性以及从自由基损伤与精神分裂的辨证施治。结果 :1气虚证、血虚证及肾虚证均存在自由基损伤 ;痰湿证、血瘀证也与自由基增多有关。 2精神分裂症患者体内存在自由基异常 ,且与 Lpo与 SOD呈负相关 ,患者氧自由基代谢增高或降低均可导致神经元功能缺陷 ,最终引起精神症状。结论 :中医不同证型与自由基损伤相关 ,临诊时应强调辨证施治及个体化用药 ,在无证可辨时应针对自由基损伤的情况协助治疗。

Objective: To investigate the relationship of different TCM. syndrome of schizophrenia and free radical damaged.Methods:Methods: By studying literature, investigate the relevance of free radical and TCM. deficiency and excess syndrome, the relevance of free radical damaged and schizophrenia, the relevance of free radical damaged and different TCM. syndrome of schizophrenia.Results: There was free radical damaged in Qi deficiency and Blood deficiency syndrome, and the phlegm dampness and blood stasis syndrome were related to free radical added.The level of free radical in cases of schizophrenia was abnormal, and which was negative related to the level of LPO AND SOD. The changing of free radical metabolism would lead to nerve function deficiency and then to schizophrenia. Conclusion:There is relevant between TCM. syndrome and free radical damaged. Accordingly we should treat based on patients' different syndrome, and referring to free radical damaged condition when there was no obvious TCM. syndrome to distinguish.
