工程项目的建设过程重组 被引量：2

摘要 BPR 是目前管理学界的一个研究热点,本文将尝试应用其思想和方法来考察建筑业中的建设过程重组。本文首先介绍建设过程重组的研究背景,然后提出建设过程重组的方法,最后通过一个示例对建设过程重组的方法加以说明。
