摘要
目的 研究内皮素 1(ET 1)和一氧化氮 (NO)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者中的变化。方法 检测 4 0例COPD患者血中ET 1和NO水平 ,并与 30例正常人进行对比。结果 4 0例COPD患者ET 1和NO水平明显高于正常人 (P <0 .0 1)。COPD患者血中ET 1分别与NO、pH、PO2 呈负相关(P <0 .0 1) ,而与PCO2 呈正相关 ;NO分别与pH、PO2 呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 ET 1和NO参与了COPD的病理生理过程 ,动态测定血浆ET 1和NO水平有助于COPD病情的观察。
Objective To investigate the changes of endothelin 1(ET 1) and nitric oxide(NO) levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Plasma ET 1 and NO levels of 40 COPD patients (34 men and 6 women) and 30 healthy subjects(16 men and 14 women) were detected.Results As compared with those of healthy subjects, the levels of ET 1 and NO in COPD patients were increased significantly (P<0.01). ET 1 level was significantly negatively correlated to NO,pH and PO 2, and positively correlated to PCO2 (P<0.01). NO level was significantly positively correlated to PH and PO 2(P<0.01).Conclusion ET 1 and NO can participate in the pathological and physiological process of COPD, and dynamic detection of plasma ET 1 and NO levels is helpful to assessing the state of COPD.
