Design and Development of the Cadastral Information Management System of Small Cities

对现代地籍信息系统研制与开发中的一些问题进行了讨论 ,包括系统的组成结构和设计方法以及系统的主要功能等 .并以城镇地籍管理信息系统的开发设计为例 ,分析了系统的结构、模块组成以及各模块的特点功能并对系统应具有的功能作了分析 ,重点讨论了软件开发平台选择和匹配、系统数据库设计和建立、系统软件功能设计等关键问题 .

Some problems about developing County Cadastral Information System(CCIS) including the structure, methods and main functions of CCIS are considered. An example of introducing CCIS is given to analyze the structure of the system, the composition of modules, the function of each module and the systematic function. The emphasis is put on such fields as the development of software platform,the establishment of database,and the design of software functions.
