摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定克感滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:采用ODS柱,以0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(45:55)为流动相;检测波长为215nm;流速为1.0mL/min。结果:线性范围为40-96μg/mL,平均回收率为96.1%,RSD=1.2%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用于本制剂质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in kegan nasal drops by HPLC. METHODS: The chromatographic condition included ODS column and the mobile phase consisting of 0. 01mol/L KH2PO4 solution - acetonitrile(40 : 60). The detection wavelength was at 215nm, flow rate at 1. 0mL/min. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear over the rage of 40 -96μg/mL. The average recovery was 96. 1%. The method precision (RSD% ) was 1. 2% (n =5). CONCLUSION: The method was convenient and accurate for the quality control of the preparation.
