豆粕部分替代鱼粉、菜籽粕、棉籽粕对水产饲料的影响

Effect of Replacing Part of Fish Meal, Rapeseed Meal and Cottonseed Meal with Soybean Meal on Aquatic Feed Quality

分析研究了水产饲料生产中,豆粕部分替代菜籽粕、棉籽粕及鱼粉的利弊。在试验期市场价格下,豆粕部分替代鱼粉、菜籽粕和棉籽粕后,保持相同蛋白水平,水产饲料的原料成本可下降3%,并使水产饲料的氨基酸组成更趋合理,饲料蛋白利用率更高。本试验条件下,当最终饲料产品为膨化颗粒时,豆粕部分替代菜籽粕、棉籽粕及鱼粉后,产品加工质量无明显变化。当产品为硬颗粒时,替代后颗粒坚实度变化不大,但耐水性变差。

Through the trial of which 40% rapeseed meal, 4% cottonseed meal and 8% fish meal in the aquatic feed were replaced by 52% soybean meal, it was found that the raw material cost of the feed was decreased by 3%; the composition of amino acids of protein became better, and the protein availability became higher. It was also found that with the above mentioned replacement, there was no obvious difference in feed manufacturing quality when the finished feed product was extruded feed; however, the water stability was lowered when it was pellets.
