摘要
采用浊度法测量发酵液浓度,选择波长为600mm,先测定样品中菌液的吸光度,再根据标准曲线查出菌体浓度。该方法简单,快速,准确度高,是测定菌体浓度的一种较理想方法。
Nephelometry is adopted in determining the cell concertration in fermentative liquid, the selected wavelength is 600nm. At frist, we determine value of the absorption, then quantify the value of cell concentration by work - curve, the method is easy, quick and has high accuracy, it is a better method of determining the cell concentration.
