摘要
本文论述了用各种蔬菜制成的可食性蔬菜薄膜,既可用于蔬菜保鲜,也可直接食用,并且安全、方便,利于保存,是今后发展应用的一大趋势,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。
The edible vegetable film, which was composed of different vegetables, was discussed, the studies showed that the edible vegetable films could be used to keep vegetables fresh with the characteristics of safety, convenience and easy storage,It was concluded that the development and application of edible vegetable films had great potentials with good economic and society venefits.
