摘要
用高效液相色谱法检查不同厂家生产的黄霉素标准品(相当于原料药)和预混剂中黄霉素A的相对量,色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A C_(18)S-5μm,12nm,250mm×4.6mm,流动相为0.2%甲酸铵溶液(pH 4.9)∶乙腈(55∶45),检测波长258nm,流速0.5mL/min,进样量10μL。黄霉素组分1、组分2、组分3和组分4峰对黄霉素A峰的相对保留时间分别约为0.9、1.1、1.2、1.3。本方法操作简便,分离度好,结果准确可靠。
A high performance liquid chromatography method was reported for the determination of relative content of bambermycin A in bambermycin premix using an ODS column and 0. 2% ammonium formate ( pH 4.9) -acetonitrile (55:45) solution as mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 258 nm and AUFS at 2. 00. Injection volume was 10 μL and flow rate was 0. 5 mL/min. The retention times of bambermycin component 1 , 2, 3, 4 were 0.9, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 times relative to that of bambermycin A respectively. The method was simple and accurate.
