图书馆作为文化事业单位 ,同样存在着效益获得的问题。办馆效益的好坏 ,直接考核图书馆的管理和服务水平 ,检验图书馆领导的工作才能。效益的产生来自于改革、服务与资源三个方面。本文通过六年的工作实践 。
