摘要
图书馆作为文化事业单位 ,同样存在着效益获得的问题。办馆效益的好坏 ,直接考核图书馆的管理和服务水平 ,检验图书馆领导的工作才能。效益的产生来自于改革、服务与资源三个方面。本文通过六年的工作实践 。
Library as a uni t of culture business exsits equally the problem of acquiring benefit.Quality th at does the building benefit directly investigates the level of the management a nd service of the library and examines the talent of the library leaders.The cre ation of the benefit comes from the reformation,service and resources.This paper expounds how to increase the benefit of the library in shenyang agriculture uni versity by the work practices in the past six years.
