广东梅花猪和云南小耳猪显带染色体比较研究

A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON BANDED CHROMOSOMES OF MEIHUA AND XIAOER PIGS

利用染色体显带技术对广东梅花猪、云南小耳猪的染色体G带、R带、Q带、C带进行了比较研究,结果表明:G带、R带在品种间基本无差异,由此绘制了G带模式图;C带在品种内和品种间均具多态性,尤其端着丝粒染色体的C带结构异染色质多态性更为明显.

The G-bands, R-bands, Q-bands and C-bands of chromosomes of Meihua and Xiaoer pigs were studied by various banding techniques. It shows:(1) There is no different in G-band and R-band of chromosomes between the Meihua and Xiaoer pigs. According to the result, the idiogram of G-band of Meihua and Xiaoer pigs was made. (2) There is a polymorphism of C-band especially for telocentric chromosomes.
