摘要
在构建区域创新网络的过程中 ,如何认识科技孵化器的作用 ,目前相关研究甚少。本文通过分析区域创新网络的构成及其形成过程 ,剖析科技孵化器催生区域创新网络形成的机理 。
Until now,there is few papers about the function of scientific and technological incubator during the establishing regional innovative networks.In This paper,me chanism of scientific and technological incubator in accelerating to form region al innovative networks is analyzed,in basis of analyzing the composing elements and processing of regional innovative networks forming.Finally,suggestions to st rengthen the function of scientific and technological incubator in establishing regional innovative networks are put forward.
