摘要
探讨了释酸剂用量、加入方式以及起始pH值等对锦纶弱酸性染料染色的上染速率和上染率的影响,结果表明:释酸剂HTA能逐渐降低染液的pH值,在不改变染色牢度的前提下,可提高匀染性.
The acid-releaser dosage, input method, initial pH value etc. were studied for the effects on the dyeing rate and dye uptake in the polyamide fiber dyeing with weak acid dyes. The results showed that the acid releaser HTA was able to lower the pH values gradually and to increase the levelness without changing the dye fastness.
