摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定康媛颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。色谱柱LichrospherC18(5 μm ,2 5 0mm×4 6mm) ,流动相 :甲醇 - 0 16 %醋酸溶液 (38∶6 2 ) ;检测波长 :32 3nm ;阿魏酸的线性范围为 7~ 35 μg·ml-1(r=0 9995 ) ,平均回收率为 96 89% ,RSD为 1 34% (n =5 )。本法操作简单 ,快速 ,准确 ,可行。
A HPLC method has been established for the determination of ferulic acid in kangyuan granule. The analysis was carried out on Lichrospher C 18 column(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consists of methanol-0.16% acetic acid (38∶62).The wavelength of detection was at 323nm. The linear correlation was good in the range of 7~35μg·ml -1 for ferulic acid (r=0.9995). The average recovery was 98.41% and RSD was 1.34%(n=5). This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
