黄连、吴茱萸配伍后挥发油成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析 被引量:10

摘要 【目的】考察黄连、吴茱萸两药配伍对挥发油成分的影响。【方法】采用气相色谱--质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对黄连、吴茱萸药对配伍前后水提液中的挥发油成分进行了分析。【结果】从挥发油中共分离出83种化合物,初步鉴定了其中50种成分。两药配伍后多数低分子量的挥发油含量有所下降,部分挥发油含量增幅显著,同时有少数成分存在于单味药水提液中而在共煎液中几乎未能检测到,另有个别成分存在于共煎液中而在单味药水提液中几乎未检测到。【结论】黄连、吴茱萸药对配伍后挥发油成分的变化提示,在煎煮过程发生了增溶作用以及可能存在一定的化学反应导致个别成分发生改变;研究结果为该药对配伍规律的研究提供了一定的实验依据。 【Objective】To investigate the changes of volatile oil from Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae before and after pairing.【Methods】The volatile oil in the water-extract of Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae before and after pairing were analyzed by chromatography gas and mass spectrum analysis (GC/MS).【Results】Eighty-three components were isolated from the volatile oil and 50 of them were identified by means of GC/MS. After pairing, the contents of most volatile-oil components with low molecular weight in the two herbs were decreased, but some components increased obviously. A few components existed in individual herb only and disappeared after decocting together; some components occurred in the paired decoction and was undetectable in single herb.【Conclusion】The changes of volatile oil from Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae after pairing indicates that solubilization occurs during decocting and chemical reactions may induce change of indivdual component. And this will provide some evidence for the research of regular pattern of herb paring.
