反相高效液相色谱法测定袁氏生脉成骨片中牡荆苷的含量

Determination of Vitexin in Yuanshi Shengmai Chenggu Tablet by Reverse Phase HPLC

【目的】建立袁氏生脉成骨片中牡荆苷含量的测定方法。【方法】采用 Hypersiol ODS_2 C_(18)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇--10mL/L冰醋酸(梯度洗脱),柱温:室温,检测波长:339nm,流速:1.0mL/min。【结果】牡荆苷在0.108-0.541μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.13％,RSD为1.27％。【结论】该方法简便、重复性好,为袁氏生脉成骨片的质量控制提供了依据。

[Objective] To determine the content of vitexin in Yuanshi Shengmai Chenggu Tablet by reverse phase HPLC.[Methods] Conditions of HPLC were as follows:Hypersiol ODS_2C_(18) as chromatographic column,methanol and 10mL/L acetic acid (gradient elution) as mobile phase ,column temperature at room temperature,detection wavelength at 339nm and flow rate at 1.0mL/min.[Results] The linear range of vitexin was from 0.108 to 0.541μg(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 98.13% and RSD was1.27%.[Conclusion]This method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Yuanshi Shengmai Chenggu Tablet.
