摘要
作者分析了外资并购的动机和历史背景 ,预测了未来外资并购的六大趋势 ,阐明了建立和完善外资并购监管体系的必要性 ,提出了以政府监管为核心 ,其他社会监督力量为补充的新观点。
This paper analyzes the background and motives of foreign ivestment,forecasts the six trends of cross-border M&A in the future,and interprets the necessity that China should establish an efficient system to supervise M&A.Finally,the author presents the new idea about the system which consists of Chinese government--the core of supervising forces,and other non-governmental supervisors including industrial organizations,mass media and agencies.
