Study on the Relation Between Rural Economic Development and Education Quality of Xinjiang Laborer

对新疆农村劳动力文化素质与发达省区进行比较,运用"人均受教育年限"指标和"教育收益率"理论,分析了经济发展所需的教育临界点,深入的探讨了教育和经济发展的相互关系,初步评价了新疆农村劳动力文化素质中存在的问题,提出了合理的对策建议。

The paper compare rural laborer education level of Xinjiang with that the advanced provinces . By applying 'average educated year' indicator and 'return rate of education ' theory. Education limit point of economic development is analysed. After studing relation between education and economic development . And some existing question was appreciated in rural laborer education of Xinjiang . In the end , several reasonable advice is put forward.
