摘要
以来源丰富的猪去氧胆酸甲酯(Ⅳ)为原料,经选择性氧化得C_6—酮(V),产率64%.将C_6—酮与水合肼反应成腙后加入18—冠—6和KOH分解腙,制得了胆石酸(Ⅶ),产率70%.
Methyl hyodeoxycholanate(Ⅳ) was selectively oxidized with PDC to give C6-Ketone(V) in 64% Yield. Treatment of V with 85% hydrazine hydrate and diethylene glycol afforded the C6-hydrazone (Ⅵ). Ⅵ Was decomposed in situ with potassium hydroxide and 18-crown-6 to give lithocholic acid (Ⅶ) in 70% yield.
