Asset Securitization and The Choice of China

从银证合作的现状和美国资产证券化的历史进程可以初步说明我国当前开展资产证券化的合理性,其次着重从制度供给方面对资产证券化业务的开展进行了多角度的分析,最后对我国推进资产证券化提出了一些政策性建议。

This paper proscribes the present condition of bank-security cooperation and the process of the asset securitization in United States in order to prove the rationality of asset securitization in China. Then it analyses some institutional obstacles in the process in China from many angles. At last it gives some suggestions to promote this process. 
