摘要
以兔为研究对象,探讨电刺激法致心脏骤停模型建立的方法。结果电刺激致兔心脏骤停时血压骤降至2.36±0.92kPa,心电图600~700次/min室颤波;复苏后血压仍保持在较低水平,心电图S-T段持续压低;再灌注期血自由基含量较实验前显著升高(P<0.01)。表明电刺激法致兔心脏骤停模型符合心脏骤停的病理生理过程。
To probe into the methods of establishing model of sudden cardiac arrest of rabbits. The result is that during the sudden cardiac arrest the blood pressure is markedly decreased to (2.36±0.92)kPa, and ECG shows the wave of ventricular fibrillation(600~700/min).After cardiacpulmonary resucitation, the blood pressure is maintained in a low level, and ECG shows lower ST segment, and MDA is increased markedly during reperfusion (P<0.01). It shows that the model of sudden condiac arrest induced by electric stimulation is unified with duration of their pathophysiology.
