摘要
为了充分利用因华东船舶工业学院结构实验室的MTS结构试验系统,自行设计制作了一套板试件夹具。经过20多个拉伸试件和近80个疲劳试件的试验考验,达到了设计要求。本文总结了夹具设计及其使用中积累的一些经验。
In order to make the best use of the MTS structural test system in structure laboratory of East China shipbuilding institute, a set of clamp for plate specimens was designed and manufactured. It is proved that the clamp can meet the design requirement after performing about twenty tensile specimens and eighty fatigue specimens testing. Some experiences in the design and using of this plate specimen clamp were summarized.
