摘要 研究了乙酰甲胺膦、毒丝本、快灵、氯氰菊酯和抑太保等几种常用杀虫剂对甜菜夜蛾幼虫体内羧酸酯酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响,并对不同龄期甜菜夜蛾幼虫酶活性差异进行比较。研究结果表明,用毒丝本(1000mg/L)、乙酰甲胺磷(3000mg/L)、快灵(1200mg/L)、抑太保(50mg/L)、氯氰菊酯(1000mg/L)浸渍处理的菜叶饲喂甜菜夜蛾2龄幼虫后,幼虫体内的羧酸酯酶活性均受到不同程度的明显抑制,抑制率分别为94.69%、93.12%、71.90%、60.56%和61.83%;不同药剂处理对乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响存在较大的差异,毒丝本、乙酰甲胺膦和快灵对甜菜夜蛾幼虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性抑制率分别为84.37%、81.30%和71.19%,显著高于抑太保和氯氰菊酯的抑制率(分别为21.79%和25.46%)。甜菜夜蛾幼虫随着龄期的增大,羧酸酯酶酶比活力逐渐增大,但乙酰胆碱酯酶酶比活力的差异不明显。 The effects of acephate, chlorpyrifos, methomyl, cypermethrin and chlorfluazuron on the carboxylesterase and acetylcholinesterase activity of beet armyworm (Spodoptera exigua) were studied, and the esterase activity in different instar larvae were compared. The results showed that the inhibition ratios of 94.69% , 93.12%, 71.90%,60.56%, 61.83% in CarE activity and 84.37%, 81.30%, 71.19%, 21.79% , 25.46% in AChE activity were obtained after the second-instar larvae were fed with leaves treated with chlorpyrifos (1 000 mg/L), acephate (3 000 mg/L), methomyl (1 200 mg/L), chlorfluazuron (50 mg/L) and cypermethrin (1 000 mg/L). The CarE activity increased with the larval development, there was no significant difference in AChE activity between second-instar larvae and fourth-instar larvae.
