摘要
病菌生长温度范围为15~35℃,最适为25℃。病菌在pH值4~9范围内均能生长,适宜生长的pH值为5~7,病菌生长略喜酸性。病菌对氮源蛋白胨利用最好,对碳源蔗糖利用最好。咪鲜胺(1~500mg/L)、丙环唑(100~500mg/L)、甲基立枯灵(500mg/L)和恶霉灵(500mg/L)能完全抑制病菌生长,百可得(1~500mg/L)和多菌灵(1~500mg/L)抑菌效果较差。生防菌SFB1、SFB2、SFB3和SFB4有较强抑菌能力,抑制生长率分别为85.29%、85.29%、73.53%和70.59%。
The temperature range for Fusarium oxysporum growth was 15~35 ℃, and the optimum temperature was 25 ℃. F. oxysporum could grow in pH 4~9, and the optimum pH was 5~7. F. oxysporum grew well on the media using peptone as nitrogen sources. F. oxysporum grew well on the media using sucrose as carbon sources. The growth of F. oxysporum could be inhibited completely by prochloraz (1~500 mg/L), propiconazol(100~500 mg/L), tolclofos-methyl (500 mg/L) and hymexazol (500 mg/L), iminoctadine tris (1~500 mg/L) and carbendazim (1~500 mg/L) had no obvious inhibition to F. oxysporum. The inhibition rates of bio-control bacteria SFB 1, SFB 2, SFB 3 and SFB 4 against F. oxysporum were 85.29%, 85.29%, 73.53% and 70.59% respectively.
