摘要
20世纪80年代末,美国学校开始实施“零容忍”惩罚政策,要求毫不容忍地惩罚涉及毒品和暴力问题的学校,以保障学校的安全。但是,这一政策的实施越来越极端和草率。我们在探讨这一政策在美国学校实施的效果、公众的态度及引发的问题的同时,对学校教育进行反思。
In the late1980s,American schools began to adopt the zero tolerance discipline policy.This policy demands to severely punish the students involving in drug and violence without tolerance so as to protect school safeties.However,this policy is used more and more harshly and extremely.This ar-ticle discusses the effects of this policy,people's attitudes to it and relative problems in American schools and reflects on schooling.
