摘要
单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)是指DNA序列上的单个碱基变异,且最少一种等位基因频率在群体中不少于1%,因而不同于其它罕见变异。本文系统综述了单核苷酸多态性的概念、性质及其检测方法。
Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) refers to the change of single nucleotide in DNA sequence. What's more, any allele gene frequency is not less than 1%.The conception of and methods for scanning for single nucleotide polymorphism are reviewed in the paper.
