Methods of management are ways of realizing management function and reaching management target. The main ways of management of scientific research are way of administrative management, humanism management, expert management, economic management and way of mathematic management. If these ways can be put into rational and organic use comprehensively, we can get each other's merits, make up each other's deficiencies and bring out the best in each other in order to improve the scientific research level of colleges and universities.
