The preventing measure on corrosive causation of the hot water bolier

通过对热水锅炉腐蚀特征研究,分析了热水锅炉产生腐蚀的主要因素即给水水质,出、回水温度,化学清洗剂的选择,给水处理工艺及空气腐蚀等.提出了注意防止水垢形成、低温结露和碱浓缩,选择合适的化学清洗剂,注意锅炉停炉、检修期的保养等延缓热水锅炉的使用寿命及防止腐蚀的方法和措施.

The main corrosive causation of the hot water bolier was analysed by investigating the erosion characteristics of the hot water bolier. These reasons are the water quality of water supply, the venting and returning water temperature, the selection of the chemical detergent, the processing technology of water supply, the air corrosion and so on. The following factors should be paid attention to: prevent scaleing, forming dew under low temperature and condensation of alkali, examination and repair during the bolier stopping. The measures of preventing corrosion and prolonging hot water bolier's life were presented.
