提出了基于CORBA和XML的多数据库系统模型,给出了多数据库系统的功能模块和实现方法.该系统采用CORBA解决系统的分布性和环境的异构性,采用XML数据模型作为公共数据模型,同时利用代理机制作为系统的逻辑实现.系统的研制对企业应用集成、电子商务和电子政务的构建具有重要作用.

A CORBA-based architecture MDBS model is introduced, and an XML-based common data model (CDM) named XIDM is presented. Panorama, a prototype system on the basis of the model, is implemented.The system is completed by agent method, and conforms to the characteristics of MDBS. The research will play an important role for enterprise application integration(EAI) and E-commerce.
