梁板碰撞动应力的有限元法分析

摘要 用有限元法分析梁板碰撞下不产生塑性变形与破坏的极限速度.以45钢和Zl301为试件,计算出两种材料不产生塑性变形与破坏的极限速度分别为30m/s,50m/s和40m/s,60m/s,实测结果分别为26 3m/s,36 2m/s和46 8m/s,56 0m/s,吻合较好.该结果可作为工程设计的参考数据. By using SAP software, analysis is made on the limited velocities of not occurring plastic deformation and destruction when the beam impacts the plate. Conclusion is that for 45 steel and Zl301, the limit velocities are 30 m/s, 50 m/s and 40 m/s, 60 m/s. The results of real measure are 26.3 m/s, 36.2 m/s and (46.8 m/s,) 56.0 m/s,which corresponds with the above conclusion. It can be effective datum for engineering reality.
