高校扩招后,思想品德差、学生成绩差的后进学生比例逐渐提高,给高校学生管理工作者提出了新挑战。面对新的形势,应该找到后进生的产生原因,分析他们的表现,采取正确灵活的教育管理措施,达到教育好,转化好后进学生的目的。
