摘要
用透射电镜、紫外-可见光谱研究银纳米粒子与血清白蛋白的相互作用及其相关效应。透射电镜观测到血清白蛋白对银纳米粒子的包覆。表面等离子共振吸收峰的研究表明,静电力和亲水力是血清白蛋白与银纳米粒子之间的主要作用力;血清白蛋白对银纳米粒子最低包覆比在10^(-5)~10^(-6)之间。
Interaction and correlation effect of silver nanoparticles and serum albumin were researched by transmission electron microscope and ultrjaviolet-visible spectrum. Serum albumin packing Silver nanopasrticles can be observated by transmission electron microscope . Research on surface plasma resonance absorption peak showed that electrostatic forces and hydrophilic forces is one of main forces between serum albumin and silver nanoparticles. The number of serum albumin packing a silver nanoparticle are about 10-5 ~ 10-6.
