摘要 通过对炼厂液化气中硫化物形态的分析,建立了利用气相色谱及脉冲火焰光度检测器分析炼厂液化气中硫化物形态及体积分数的方法,与现有的微库仑仪定硫法及配有原子发射光谱检测器的气相色谱定硫法相比,该方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高等优点,该方法对硫化物的最低检测限可达0.040μg·g^(-1)。利用该方法对中石化济南分公司液化气脱硫装置的效能进行了标定评价,结果表明炼厂液化气中硫化物的分析鉴定方法,是一个适于炼厂液化气中微量硫化物形态鉴定及定量分析行之有效的方法。 An analytical method for trace sulfur compounds in LPG was developed by GC~ PFPD with the gas procapillary column, which had some advantages of easy operation, speedincss and high sensitivity compared with sulphur determination method of microcoulometric and of gas chromatography with atomic emission detection. The minimum detection limit is 0.040ug.g-1 . For the LPG with high concentration of sulfur compounds, the diluted process should be taken. The method was used to calibrate and evaluate the efficiency of dcsulfurization equipment for the LPG in Jinan petrochemical branch company of SINOPEC.The results demonstrate that it is an easy, accurate and effective one for determining the morphology of trace sulfur compounds and detecting the composition of trace sulfur compounds.
