摘要
碳分布及正构烷烃质量分数是反映石蜡内在质量的一项重要指标。为了适应石油二厂全炼蜡不断开发新产品,扩大国际市场占有率的需要,利用毛细管气相色谱法,以环己烷为溶解石蜡样品的溶剂,采用柱上进样技术,以谷-谷的基线结构型式(v-v)和向水平基线垂直划线结构型式(b-b)对检测器信号进行积分的面积归一化并进行数据定量处理,建立了石蜡碳分布及正构烷烃质量分数测定法。并根据此分析方法,系统考察了石油二厂生产的各种牌号的全炼蜡及半炼蜡等石蜡产品的碳分布及正构烷烃质量分数情况,并与日本石油株式会社的中央研究所的数据对比,双方分析结果完全一致,说明我们开发建立的此分析方法是正确的,为开发石蜡新产品、提高生产工艺水平提供了准确可靠的依据。
The carbon distribution and the quality score of n - alkane arc the important index that can reflect the inner quality of the paraffin. In order to meet the need of new product development and to enlarge international market share of the No. 2 refinery, the determination method of the n alkane content and carbon distribution had been developed. Among the methods, the capillary gas chromatography was utilized, with the cyclohexane as the solvent to resolve paraffin sample and the column admission technique was used. Based on the valley valley base line pattern and the level base line and vertical scribing pattern, the method could conduct area normalization for detector messages, thus conduct data processing and quantitative analysis. By means of it, the carbon distribution and n- alkane content of the fully refined wax and semi-refined wax product that were produced by No.2 refinery were examined in detail. Compared with the data of central institute of joint stock company in Japan, the results are exactly the same, which prove the correctness of the method developed by us. The establishment of the method can be used as a reliable basis in developing the new product of paraffin and improving the production technology.
