Its total flow has reached for an unprecedented scale, and it is mainly for serves industries instead of traditional manufactory ones, especially serves industries which related to finance and trade. For the foreign businessman, the main direct investment form is transnational merger purchasing. To go positively with the stream of the international investment, to adjust to the strategy of the present foreign capital, to perfect the related law system, and to pay close attention to the national economic safety one the main inspiration which we got from the international direct investment.
