试论张闻天关于私人资本主义经济的思想

On the Zhang Wen-tian's Private Capitalistic Economy Thought

我党杰出的思想家、理论家张闻天长期以来关注私人资本主义经济问题,敏锐地提出允许私人资本主义经济存在的观点,并主张从吸引、鼓励与限制、斗争相结合;行政命令与经济制裁相结合;学习、利用与沟通、让步相结合;区域放开与宏观管理相结合等四个方面引导私人资本主义健康发展。尽管这些思想有其时代局限性和主观片面性,但其中不乏有价值的思想内容,并具有珍贵的现实借鉴意义。

The outstanding thinker and theorlist-Zhang Wen-tian had been concerning about private capitalistic economy over a long period of time. He put forward sharply allowing the existence of private capitalistic economy and advocated guiding the proper development of it from the four aspects. They were:combine absorbing and encouragement with limitation and flight; combine administrative decree with economic sanction; combine learning and utilization with communication and compromise; combine regional opening with macroscopic management. The author thinks the thoughts comprise many valuable ideas though they have limitations of that time and personal one-sidedness and they have precious experience for reference in reality.
