On the Development of Physical Education in the East and the West

世界各国教育界对自身体育教育的发展都有共同的目标,在教学的内容与组织教法上,西方国家有自己的独到之处,大众化体育教学的项目在上世纪70年代就进入了高校的课堂。目前,日本和我国已把教学为中心已向学生为中心转移,高校应开展一些通俗易懂的体育运动项目,现代竞技与传统文化有机的结合,是各国体育教育发展的主旋律。

There is a common goal for educational societies in the world to develop their own physical education. On the teaching content and teaching methods, the west has their own unique sense. Popular physical education entered into class in 1970. At present, the teaching methods used in Japan and our country have been transformed from teaching-centered to student-centered, so those simple and interesting sports programs should be carried out. Conbining modern athletics with tradition and culture, is the major melody for the development of physical education in each country.
