肥胖男性血清瘦素与泌乳素水平的相关分析

Correlation Analysis between Serum Leptin and Prolactin Levels in Obese Man

目的 :研究肥胖男性血清瘦素与泌乳素水平以及两种激素是否存在相关性。方法 :测定了 2 0例肥胖男性及 2 4例正常对照男性的血清瘦素、泌乳素、空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖、血脂等指标。结果 :肥胖组体重指数(BMI)、血清瘦素和空腹胰岛素浓度较正常对照组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而血清泌乳素无统计学差异。对照组血清瘦素与泌乳素无相关性 ;而在肥胖组二者密切相关。结论 :肥胖男性血清瘦素浓度较正常男性明显升高 。

Objective: To study the serum leptin and prolactin levels and the correlation between them in obese men. Methods: Serum leptin, prolactin levels, fasting insulin, height, weight, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were detected in 20 obese men and 24 normal controls. Results: BMI, serum leptin levels and fasting insulin concentrations were significantly higher in obese group than those in normal controls (P<0.01), while serum prolactin was no statistical differences. In normal control there was no correlation between serum leptin and prolactin. However, they were closely associated in obese group. Conclusion: Serum leptin levels are significantly high and closely related to serum prolactin in obese men.
