摘要
考察了一些调整剂对大冶含铜诺兰达炉渣浮选的影响。探讨了硫化钠的作用机理,硫化钠可提高铜矿物浮游速度,在预期回收率前提下提高铜精矿品位。其活化剂机理是HS-与炉渣中金属铜和氧化铜矿物表面金属原子作用生成硫化膜。
To observe and study some regulators which influence the flotation of Copper mineral in Raranda slag of Daye,and probe into the function amd mechanism of the sodium sulphide. Proper sodium sulphide can increase the floating speed of Cu mineral in slag and Cu grade of concentrate on the premise that the desired recovery is gained.And the flotation mechanism that sodium sulphide activates Cu and CuO is the reaction between the HS- and metallic atoms on surface of mineral to form sulphide film.
