邓小平民主法制理论是“依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家”这一治国方略的思想渊源 ,邓小平把社会主义民主法制与治理国家紧密结合 ,系统地阐述了法治的本质、地位、方针、原则和方法 ,清楚地表明了他在治理国家的方式、目标、系统、理念和途径方面的战略思考与抉择。本文力图从这一新的视角探讨邓小平依法治国思想。

This research tries to probe into Mr. Deng Xiaoping's ideology of ruling the country by law from a completely new angle. Mr. Deng's democratic legality theory is the origin for his administrative strategy ″We will rule the country by law and try to build a state with socialist legal system″, in which he, by combining socialist democratic legality and the administration of the country together, makes a systematic exposition of the nature, status, policy, principle and method for the theory of ruling by law, and states clearly his strategic idea and choice of the method, aim, system, ideology, and way to administrate the country.
