摘要
以Halliday&Hasan的衔接理论为依据,结合前人对语篇衔接与写作的相关研究,分析了衔接与连贯及衔接与写作的辨证关系,指出了我国大学生在英语作文中存在的语篇衔接手段应用的问题,建议在英语写作教学中对学生进行一些衔接手段应用训练,培养其衔接意识。最后提出了一些衔接手段应用的训练方法。
Based on cohesion theory by Halliday and Hasan, this paper analyses the dialectical relationship between cohesion and coherence, cohesion and writing. By refering to previous studies of textual cohesion and writing the author points out the problems on cohesive devices utility existing in students' composition and suggests that it is necessary to train students on cohesive devices utility so as to cultivate their awareness of cohesive devices in writing.Finally,some methods for cohesion training are put forward.
