加强党的阶级基础和扩大党的群众基础,不是一句空话。中国工会十四大上,农民工加入工会被首次写进大会报告中,还把他们定义成为”工人阶级的新成负”,中国工会的这一举措意义深远。

Strengthening the class base and expanding the mass base of the CCP aren' t empty words. On the fourteenth congress of the Trade Union of China, Peasant workers joining in the trade union was first written in the congress report.
