本文分析了网络时代七种类型的业务外包模式及其作用,对美国企业与日本企业外包模式的不同及其成因进行了比较,提出了适合我国企业的五种类型的业务外包模式。

This article analysis seven types of outsourcing model and their function. It explains by comparing the differences and reasons for formed differences between outsourcing models of enterprises in USA and in Japan. Lastly this article has put five types of outsourcing model that is suitable for Chinese enterprises.
