摘要
介绍了一种高频感应焊接钢管的焊缝在线动态退火装置 ,重点介绍了针对不同管径和壁厚的钢管退火加热电源的频率和功率选择 ,并对平面感应器和水冷却系统的设计进行了讨论。通过采用焊缝退火的方法 。
The technology of dynamic on-line annealing for welding seam of steel pipes using high frequency induction heating power supply is introduced in this paper.It emphasizes on the selection of frequency and power capacity for loads of different diameter and thickness.The design methods of plane inductor and water-cooling system are also discussed.With the application of this new technology,the purpose of welding seam rigidity and tenacity enhancement is achieved.
